Tips on Boosting your Confidence

Yep! That was me; the girl who literally did not speak. And I MEAN literally! I can remember that I had so many ideas rushing inside my brain.. but I never shared it with anyone. It's good to think, I mean, but it's even better when you share them.  I was that girl who thought and never spoke, but now I am a lot more different. I am more confident, more happier, more clearer and have more self-esteem. Here are some ways to help you guys out! Hope you enjoy!

1. Self-esteem

Self esteem is a very huge part of being confident. Without self-esteem you are not verified to be confident. YOU are unique. YOU are beautiful. YOU can do anything. You can't live your life, thinking you are not good enough. 'Cause you are good enough. There is nothing that can stop you in your journey. It doesn't matter what other people think. You are an individual and this is your life. Try this: you know those days when you hear your inner voice saying stuff to you like "I can't do this!" or " I'm a failure" , "I am awesome!" and "I can do this!" It really does help. I know that some people might not think this works for them but I have been through this experience myself. Just don't go too far; otherwise it will lead to arrogance and boasting.

2. Be positive!

Don't think of negative things. Just put on a smile, have a good posture, greet everyone you meet with a tender hello. You will always know that if we have rough times, well it doesn't matter because there will be even better things ahead of us. You can get through those negative times, but only if you stay positive. Being positive is not only about being happy; it's also doing the things that you love to do. You can do it if you like; it's your life anyway! If these tips don't help you, try writing down all your benefits and stuff that you are so happy with your life and then on the other side, write all the stuff that you could improve on and what you really want. Then, focus on them until you get it! Also, don't think about the small stuff. They are not a big thing. First complete the biggest, and the most important. And be in a good environment of people, that are always full of joy and happiness. Who will treat you the way you want to be treated. As well as that, don't be afraid of failure. Failure is the way to happiness and success. Think of it like this; If you don't fail at least once in your life, you won't have a great success story to tell. According to Franklin D. Roosevelt, the only fear that you have is yourself.

3. Join a class or a group

This not only helps you make new friends, but you can develop skills an do thing s you've never even thought of doing. Practise talking to people every week. It might seem a little bit awkward, but that always happens. I'm telling you; it will get easier and easier each week. ;)

OK! That was it for this week's post. Hope you liked it! Tell me in the comments below if you are confident. Thanks for reading! :)
