When you feel sad, think of all the good things in life. What have you achieved?What do you want to do in life? Just go back and reflect of what you have done so far. You are special and unique. What is the reason of your life if you're not happy? You have to dream..... If this thing has been troubling and ruining your days, go talk to someone. They're there to help you. Especially talk to someone you trust. They will definitely try and lighten your mood. Music. This is another thing to do. Music helps you flow into it. It can heal and SURELY lighten your mood. The lovely sound is supposed to soothe your mind; or that's what I think. And try to find songs that match to your feelings. That's right! When you're feeling glum, just cuddle with your pets. Even if no one else will help share all your feelings. I've done this with my hamster and it really did make me feel better. Also, if you're in a really devastating mood, just go for a walk. You just need some alone time. It sheds negativity and this especially works with a scenic view. Very effective for me. OK! Now I'm sounding VERY scientific. ;) Drink something healthy such as smoothies. Not only do they benefit your mood, but they also taste D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!! Sometimes I blog or write something on a piece of paper if I'm feeling a bit glum. It just helps me let everything out. Another thing to do when you feel like every second, is to just take a nap! Not for a LONG time, or else you feel very lazy. Watch funny youtube videos cause they will make you crack up! And just have some fun!
