Ahhhhhh! I am sooooo sorry for not posting yesterday as I was really busy. Sorry if this is a short post because I am also very busy today. Thanks for understanding.. You know those days when you don't feel like being happy? You know those days when you feel sad? You know those days when you don't feel like doing anything? I know exactly how you feel. But I can help you as I got through it! Let the sunshine come through.... Hope you enjoy!
When you feel sad, think of all the good things in life. What have you achieved?What do you want to do in life? Just go back and reflect of what you have done so far. You are special and unique. What is the reason of your life if you're not happy? You have to dream..... If this thing has been troubling and ruining your days, go talk to someone. They're there to help you. Especially talk to someone you trust. They will definitely try and lighten your mood. Music. This is another thing to do. Music helps you flow into it. It can heal and SURELY lighten your mood. The lovely sound is supposed to soothe your mind; or that's what I think. And try to find songs that match to your feelings. That's right! When you're feeling glum, just cuddle with your pets. Even if no one else will help share all your feelings. I've done this with my hamster and it really did make me feel better. Also, if you're in a really devastating mood, just go for a walk. You just need some alone time. It sheds negativity and this especially works with a scenic view. Very effective for me. OK! Now I'm sounding VERY scientific. ;) Drink something healthy such as smoothies. Not only do they benefit your mood, but they also taste D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!! Sometimes I blog or write something on a piece of paper if I'm feeling a bit glum. It just helps me let everything out. Another thing to do when you feel like every second, is to just take a nap! Not for a LONG time, or else you feel very lazy. Watch funny youtube videos cause they will make you crack up!  And just have some fun!

Things to do When You're Bored This Summer!!!

It's finally Summer! As it's Summer, you will have weeks of freedom from school but you might get a little bored. So here are some ways to spice up your Summer to make it full of fun. Hope you enjoy!



1. Make your average board games a bit more fun!


This is a great way to have a fun-filled Summer! All you have to do is find your board game for example; Twister. Then what you do is you could put a little twist to it. For twister, you could buy some paints and squirt them on the colours. By the way it sounds, I would definitely recommend this; it sounds awesome!!! I think it would end up in a paint fight though..And you would look like this.

2. Bake!


Baking is one of the best things in Summer! Do it as much as you can; it's even fun when you're bored! Not only are you having fun while you're baking, such as licking the bowl, (* AWKWARD*) you end up with a mouth-melting reward. You could bake anything! Try a new recipe. I love any kind of cupcake so if I get invited to your house, you can give me a cupcake and I'll literally love you. And trust me, you could even make it into a piece of artwork.


3. Create a Summer play list!


If you love music, this is the perfect thing to do! Take your favourite songs all together and make it into a play list. And after that you can jam to it as much as you like. Name it whatever you want; it's your choice!

4. Homework


I know what you're thinking; " UGH!!! She's reminding me of school again!" but this is a great thing to do during the holidays. Especially when you have nothing to do. You know you're probably going to do your holiday homework at the last minute but you won't accept that you're not going to finish it in time. It's fine.Just do as much as you can!

5.  Have a DIY spa day!


Don't worry about those lazy days. Just put your tap on, put in your favourite bath bomb in; and just RELAX! R-E-L-A-X!!!! OMG! People think that you have to do everything fun in Summer. What about other Summers in the future? This is your time to just take a rest from your busy routine.

Tips on Boosting your Confidence

Yep! That was me; the girl who literally did not speak. And I MEAN literally! I can remember that I had so many ideas rushing inside my brain.. but I never shared it with anyone.It's good to think, I mean, but it's even better when you share them.  I was that girl who thought and never spoke, but now I am a lot more different. I am more confident, more happier, more clearer and have more self-esteem. Here are some ways to help you guys out! Hope you enjoy!

1. Self-esteem

 Self esteem is a very huge part of being confident. Without self-esteem you are not verified to be confident. YOU are unique. YOU are beautiful. YOU can do anything. You can't live your life, thinking you are not good enough. 'Cause you are good enough. There is nothing that can stop you in your journey. It doesn't matter what other people think. You are an individual and this is your life. Try this: you know those days when you hear your inner voice saying stuff to you like "I can't do this!" or " I'm a failure" , "I am awesome!" and "I can do this!" It really does help. I know that some people might not think this works for them but I have been through this experience myself. Just don't go too far; otherwise it will lead to arrogance and boasting.


2. Be positive!

Don't think of negative things. Just put on a smile, have a good posture, greet everyone you meet with a tender hello. You will always know that if we have rough times, well it doesn't matter because there will be even better things ahead of us. You can get through those negative times, but only if you stay positive. Being positive is not only about being happy; it's also doing the things that you love to do. You can do it if you like; it's your life anyway! If these tips don't help you, try writing down all your benefits and stuff that you are so happy with your life and then on the other side, write all the stuff that you could improve on and what you really want. Then, focus on them until you get it! Also, don't think about the small stuff. They are not a big thing. First complete the biggest, and the most important. And be in a good environment of people, that are always full of joy and happiness. Who will treat you the way you want to be treated. As well as that, don't be afraid of failure. Failure is the way to happiness and success. Think of it like this; If you don't fail at least once in your life, you won't have a great success story to tell. According to Franklin D. Roosevelt, the only fear that you have is yourself.


3. Join a class or a group


This not only helps you make new friends, but you can develop skills an do thing s you've never even thought of doing. Practise talking to people every week. It might seem a little bit awkward, but that always happens. I'm telling you; it will get easier and easier each week. ;)

Things To Do To Stay Healthy In Summer!

As you know, Summer is the season where everyone's swimming in the beach, sunbathing and eating tons of ice cream. They are having fun, maybe jumping on the trampoline, having BBQs and picnics, or even just walking their dog. But do they know what's happening to their health? Do we know? The answer for most people is no. They(including me) are so engrossed in having fun, they forget about how the sun or summer can affect their health. So I have researched some of the things we can do in the Summer to keep healthy.

   

1. Stay Hydrated


Our body depends on water to survive. Every cell that exist needs water to work in the right condition. If we don't, we might feel tired, we might have a dry mouth, extreme thirst and headaches. So not drinking enough water is a big no no. If you don't like the the taste of plain water, try adding a hint of lemon or a slice of lime to it; it will taste much better! Also, carry a reusable bottle around with you, so you can have a drink whenever you need it.

2. Smoothies!


Smoothies are a great way of staying healthy but at the same time drinking what you would call smoothies, but I call them life. I don't love them as much as I love cupcakes though. :/ Here is a recipe that you can follow.
Cherries add colour, fibre and important minerals to this delicious fruit smoothie. Berries are in a nutritional league of their own: they’re very low in sugar and absolutely loaded with powerful, health-boosting antioxidants.
•Combine Cherries, mixed frozen berries, orange peel, orange, honey, yoghurt and banana. You could also try adding star anise, ginger, cinnamon powder or angelica.
•Tip Cherries, with their high fibre content, stimulate and cleanse the digestive system. These delicious fruits are also a natural source of melatonin, which helps to establish a healthy sleep cycle. Choose the darker cherries for their valuable mineral content (iron, magnesium and silicon).
All you need is a mixer! And in the Summer you could have a smoothie week where for each day you can have a different smoothie. So have fun with this! :)

3. Get outside to exercise!

This is a vital part of Summer. Not only do you feel lazy, but you've practically just wasted all your Summer. You might have been doing homework or something, but that is definitely not an excuse for staying in. You don't have to go out on the beach or something. You could just do things like swimming, cycling and just going for a walk. This is also like a time where you can spend time with your family. It is a great way to bond!

4. Sleep Well!


You need to sleep well. I know you might be having those nights where you stay up for like ever and you don't feel the need to sleep( this has guiltily happened to me :/) . If you don't have to wake up early the next day, it's fine to have a fantastic movie night but remember most teenagers/tweens need at least 8-9 hours of sleep. Good sleep hygiene is important. I know this isn't even going to happen to me but in the Summer, whenever you can try and sleep a bit earlier than usual so you can wake up fresh. Also, try avoiding naps in the day.

5. Stress less!

Summer doesn't have any space for stress girl! This is your time to relax, so make the most of it! You could do the things that most make you relaxed like taking the best bath ever( I have experienced this btw) , colouring, sleeping, watching tv, sunbathing, reading outside or even just singing songs to yourself. As it's summer, you can plant a few pots and eventually turn them into pretty flowers. This is scientifically proven to reduce stress. Just putting your hands in soil is "grounding." And when life feels like you're moving so fast your feet are barely touching the stuff, being mentally grounded can help relieve physical and mental stress.

BE BRAVE!

Life is short. YOU have to make the most of it ! This is the story of YOUR life and you have to make it happen! You don't want the story that goes like: Once upon a time, there was a girl and every day she took a book to read in the fresh air and then she went to school and then she slept, and this happened every day. THE END. What kind of story is that? I wouldn't even have read it if that was all to it. You were in this world for a reason; to have FUN! Not to spend all your life in a house, cleaning. You want to experience things people haven't even dared to do! I know, it's hard facing your fear but you have got the guts to do it! If somebody's bullying you, don't just sit in your room, staring at the window, making a flood of tears in your bedroom. OK. Think of all the stars in the sky. There are millions right? Well you are every single one of them! Go face up to that bully and tell her how you feel. She might be having a terrible background and she might be taking it out on you. When I was bullied, all I just did was ignore; well at least I tried. Try and be nice to them or even try and talk to them! I know, that you might be afraid but this is the best way to make the most of your life. Think of this; IF YOU FACE YOUR FEAR, YOU ARE ABLE TO FACE LIFE! If you are scared of heights, you know you have got your friends behind your back. Try and do paragliding with one of your friends. It is a calm experience and you feel safe with them. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT! YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!!! Fear is a prison. You are the jailer, so free yourself! Fear can be defined to 2 things; Forget everything and run or Face everything and run.If you face your fears, you gain courage, confidence and strength and you must do the thing which you cannot do. Before fear fully powers over you, remember this. Fear is only temporary, although regret lasts forever. What up quote reference! Life isn't perfect and no matter how hard you try, it will never be. Face your fears, and live your dreams. Just live it! <3 BURST THAT LOVE AND SMILE!!!!!

TESTING OUT Miss Beauty LONDON NAIL CARE!!!!

This nail varnish was absolutely stunning! That's why I'd like to share it with you! For nails, this is the best for a top coat, but can also be used for base coat. It gives a luminous shine, although it is... err... how can I explain it? OK! So like when you apply it, it's quite good and it's not very runny. Although, if you put to much of the nail care on your brush, when you apply it, it becomes quite lymphatic and then it gives a REALLY polished shine. Don't dip in for a long time! It also looks very professional and you will feel very satisfied with your nails. The packaging is very well organised and very easy to understand. I love how the nail varnish container is transparent so you can see the colour and this is very useful! This is how lipsticks should be packaged. ;) I love the font for "Miss Beauty"! I wonder what font that is because I'm literally obsessed with it! What font do you think it is? By the way, if you don't wait for the right time, your nail becomes really sticky; it takes a bearable amount of time to dry but the end result is mesmerising. Also, may I mention that when you apply this, it is the best it can be and most amazing when you listen to the "Confidence Boost" on Spotify. This is really good for hardening, enhancing and protecting your nails. This is my opinion, not others, so I hope you respect it. :) Bye for now!

 Hi guys! Today, I am gonna be sharing some life hacks for school with you. These will definitely help you as they surely helped me!! You don't need to stress anymore on school and you can just be happy! This definitely will make your life easier and more fun. Life doesn't have to be perfect. It has to be fun and enjoyable and these hacks will certainly make you achieve that. Right! I think I've done enough talking so let's dive in!!

1.  Create a playlist to jam to!

Are you always late to school? If you are always late to school, and you suffer from waking up thinking you are a vampire, then create a playlist to jam to. This will help you do thing s quicker, and get a lot more things done in time. Find something upbeat; they are the best music to listen to in the mornings and they boost your  endorphins. I recommend Spotify as it suggests and there is a wide range of music, from R&B to Acoustics and you can rock your dance moves with that. So definitely create a playlist to jam to!!! ;)


2. Schedule all the important plans the night before


This is a great way to be organised. You can write it down or keep it in your head. This not only helps you to be happy and determined, but is capable of getting more things done quicker. You'll feel excited and obstinate to get up in the mornings. Don't worry! It doesn't need to be those schedules which are dull and boring. You can fill it with colour, use felt tips or even draw little pictures. Make it exciting! Make it fun-filled! 


3. Count the hours you sleep; Wake up early!

When you are almost about to sleep, see how many hours of sleep you get. Sleep is very important and teenagers should get around 8-9 hours of sleep, adults have to have 7 hours and kids have to have the minimum of 9-10 hours of sleep.  If you wake up early, you are able to do more stuff in the mornings and you will wake up fresh. You can finish any extra homework, practise piano or even do some exercise. Apparently, morning is the best time to do any exercise. So do that if you want! Also, have a delicious breakfast that is creative and unique and also healthy!

Don't always have that plain old cereal! ;)

4. Trying to remember a word?

Apparently, if you clench your fists then you can remember more. It helps with increasing brain activity and also even improves memory. Also, when you are researching that word, then write it down so you can look back at it over and over again. Your brain is full of a lot of words, so don't worry! This really helps by the way! And when you do this you could pretend to be angry. ;) It would be funny if you videoed it! But then you wouldn't be concentrating, would you? ;) 


5. Chew Gum!

I know sometimes it's bad to chew gum, but that's only if you chew it over and over again; then you age! :/ So if you feel that you are struggling and you are nervous about an exam, chew a piece of gum that you don't normally have while you're studying( strawberry and Hubba Bubba), and then have that same type of chewing gum while you are putting all your efforts into an exam. You will remember lots more and you will feel much more happier!

7. Different Languages! 

If you are struggling in your homework for let's say French, then all you have to do is use flashcards. These are a simple but effective way and they keep you concentrated and there is no quicker way to memorize ALL those words. Also, read out loud! Don't worry about the pronunciation and speed; focus on accuracy. In addition, apply grammar rules in practise problems(more than one) and do them over the next couple of days. I do recommend to use this website called "https://www.duolingo.com/ and it is free so go check it out! 


7. Hide any distractions!

If you are addicted to your phone, this is a good one. It doesn't have to be a phone though; it could be your Ipad, Books, Kindles, Ipod, FOOD or even your laptop! You have to concentrate on finishing what you're doing, then you can do these things. I might get a little tempted(maybe a lot)on the cupcakes though; I would admit! :T If you hide them, you can do a lot more things! Just don't forget or your life is ruined! ;)


8. Sweets on the page!

This is a great learning technique because you are eager to have those sweets and it's like a reward. So you put it on the end of your test or your homework and when you work for hours with effort and hard work, you are rewarded with a sweet! Although I will admit myself that it's a little tempting!! And for each subject you can reward yourself with a different type of sweet. It doesn't have to be sweets! It could be anything! I started this a few weeks ago, and it really helped me!


9+10. Treat Yourself!

Treat yourself! There is a time to work and time to relax.
You are awesome and you NEED your free time where you can do anything that is in your favour! Every once in a while, do something fun! Whether it's watching a movie to just a simple shopping day out with your friends, there is nothing that can stop you. Even sleeping in would be amazing! Another thing I do to treat myself is to eat cupcakes! If you don't know me, whenever I get the time, I watch Zoella and my other favourite youtubers, while eating the most delicious cupcake that melts in my mouth. 

I also love relaxing in an Instagram-worthy bath with those house-warming candles and that glorious bath bomb that dissolves into heaven. Reading your magazine, watching TV, spending time with your family; these are all  the ways to treat yourself! 

Those were all the life hacks that I wanted to share with you guys! There is so many more flooding in my brain waiting to be heard but I only promised my self to do 10. I will definitely do a part 2 of this if you want it. Just remember to have fun in life, live in the present and smile! Bye for now!

It's Summer!

It's Summer!
Finally, that time of year when you can finally be yourself! I know what you guys are thinking. You probably are thinking that what the hell is she talking about? Summer is close, but hasn't come yet. Well, you might think that it's not Summer yet, but I do! I know, Wikipedia says summer starts June 21 at 12:24 a.m. but to be honest, I'm already feeling that summer vibe! It's rushing into me like a crashing wave and I'm loving it! A few days ago, I wore a coat to school and one of my friends said that I was crazy! And I agree with them! Why would somebody wear a coat in such good weather? Unless they were in a disguise.. Or you live in 100 degrees celsius temperature, which is quite impossible. If you live in the UK, you know that this week was super hot and it was amazing! People were wearing shorts and crop tops, the field that was for months closed is now open and many people are spending a lot of time outside in the beautiful weather.Teenagers and tweens are hanging out in the park and I was surprised to see how many young people were going running and boy they were definitely having a jolly good time! My mum has started walking every other day and I have got into the spirit of running. And gosh, the ice cream person is quite fortunate and lucky to have so many customers(including me)! What is your favourite ice cream? One of mine is the 99 whip with marshmallows and bunny ears(2 flakes basically). Also, I love Mr Bubblegum but I think it's got artificial colouring or something.  :)  For further evidence(OMG I sound so formal there), today me and my other friend( I have got lots of friends) went into town and OMG there were so many people on the streets! It was literally crowded! And LOL my friend spotted the place where she had her birthday and where I had my birthday too. ;) To make this Summer even better, here are my top songs to spice up your weekend!

I AM KINDA SICK BUT I'M STILL HAPPY AND I DON"T FEEL AS AWFUL

Guys, today I wanted to do a quick post saying that I'm sick but I actually don't care and I'm still enjoying
life! Whatever you do, just feel good about it because you've only got limited time to your life so yeah! Just have fun and be who you want to be. This is stuff that I like to do when I'm ill. These are the things that I'm doing right now. LOL!!Oh by the way, I was thinking about having the best bath ever but annoyingly I couldn't because my mum said I'm too ill so I'll probably do it tomorrow. Shhh..... don't tell her! I'm so excited for tomorrow!! But today was so great. Ok! After I finish writing this post, I'm probably going to watch a movie. Which movie shall I watch??
Listen to music like you don't even care!! This is a creative way of decreasing stress and relaxing. I especially love this way of relaxing because you can just dance whenever you want to the beat and you can sing as much as you like; even if you sing like a sparrow(ME) which is anyway not any of you because you guys are probably amazing at singing. GOD! That was a lot in one single breath! Even dogs like to listen to music. Today I went and visited my neighbour's house and they had the cutest dog ever which was so big though and because I play the piano they generously said that even their dog was just sitting down listening to my hands as they touch the keyboard, playing a melodious sound. So yeah! Just listen to music!!
Knitting! Or any other hobbies that you like. I'm not saying that you like knitting but oh well. Recently, I have been obsessed with those needles knitting like a crazy woman! I am fascinated by it and it's really good for the end of the day, just de-stressing and calming down. Actually, that sounds a bit like colouring!! Also, did I mention, that colouring is quite awesome too!! And the finished product looks amazing. ;)
Just lie down in your bed, probably make a warm, refreshing tea and dream. All you need to do is just picture yourself doing what you are imagining, and then do it. And all I do to achieve that is to smile, and say my life is amazing. Even though I'm coughing and trying to sniffle out the way of my blocked nose, I still laugh and I still achieve what I want to achieve. Ok, so I've got this whiteboard and I plan out my day and to be honest I think I've achieved more when I'm sick to when I'm not. I dreamed my day out, and I accomplished what I wanted to do on this very day of my life. Live in the present and go for what you want to do.
