HOW TO HAVE A STRESS FREE SUMMER

HEY GUYS!!! As you can see, by the tone of this writing, I am over the moon for no epic reason! I am so sorry for not blogging for a while now. So many things; some good, some bad, are happening right now and it's amazing! Don't worry guys! I didn't forget you all! You guys are amazing and I take time everyday to blog for my passion and for you guys too. I was just so busy that I didn't have any time to blog and I'm VERY sorry for that. But now, I'm ready for any TORNADOS that come my way and I TRULY feel like I can do anything! So, I'm back on track with my planned schedule. Just a note for the future; I will be going to France for 14 days so I might not be able to blog but I promise you guys that I will definitely share my adventures with you! Love you and after reading this post, I hope you have a stress free summer! <3


1. Listen to music


Listening to music is just a GREAT way to relax in the summer. I mean listening to music, mani pedis, candles lit is the ideal package. It really helps if I listen to the music which is relevant to my mood. Also, when you are bored, you can create an epic playlist! These are good for summer parties as well. If you don't already have Spotify, then I recommend it! I haven't got Spotify Premium( which is even better but you have to pay) but it still rocks!

2. Face masks


Face masks is double the advantage. First of all, you feel so much relaxed and full of rainbows and second of all, you end up with glowing skin! I recommend making your own; it's so much fun and yeah! Also, if you're to lazy to make your own, I got you covered! I definitely recommend this brand "7th Heaven".
It's awesome and great for sleepovers or spa days! Here is a recipe for you guys;

                             OATMEAL FACE MASK!
                           ..HOW THE PROS DO IT...


You will need;


  • 2 tbsp honey      
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 small egg white
  • 1/3 c Oatmeal
  • 1/2 c water

Then after that, all you do is mix them all together and apply onto your face! I mean, how awesome is that? 

3. Rest!


In the summer, you can always have those days where you just lie in bed, maybe read a book and just RELAX!! People think that EVERY SINGLE DAY you have to do something fantastic but one of the fascinating/awesome/fabulous things in life are when people sleep. Especially when you're stressed; this helps a lot..
