Have you ever wondered that when you're really sad, you just don't feel like doing anything? And when you feel sad, you feel like you're worth nothing. You just lose all your self-esteem and that is REALLY hard to gain. I know how it feels. But now, I am having a great time in my life. Although my schedule is filled with business, it's full of fun and happiness. I try and fit a bit of time everyday where I just relax, maybe watch a few youtube videos, maybe light a few candles, or maybe just spend some quality time with my sister. We have stopped fighting as much as we used to and the house is much calmer. I'm definitely living a happy life. The top tip from my experience, is that when I wake up with a grumpy mood and think bad thoughts, my cheeks are filled with sadness and I don't feel like I can survive the day; but if I wake up full of rainbows and sunshine, I feel like I can do anything and I get a LOT done. Also, when you're more productive, and not always going on your gadgets or having to spend all your hours on homework, you feel much more relaxed. Try something like bouncing on the trampoline, start a blog, join a team, start a sport or just have a spa day! That would be hilariously good. Relaxing and finishing all your work in the SAME day; BIG achievement and the ideal life. Even listening to happy and energetic songs in the sunshine (not necessarily) can brighten up your day. This is my message to you; Be Positive and then you can have the best life that you can't even imagine.....
